Upward Sports

Upward Sports emphasizes skills building, healthy competition, sportsmanship, and fun versus the “win-at-all-costs” mentality found in many children’s sports leagues.

Blue Grass Church is excited to announce that we’re once again hosting Upward Basketball & Cheerleading program!

Children in Pre-K through 5th grade are eligible to sign up. Children in Pre-K must turn 5 no later than August 1, 2024.

All participants MUST attend one of the two Evaluation Days which will be held on Saturday, October 28th from 9am to 10:30am and Monday, October 30th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm for BASKETBALL ONLY (grades 1st-5th) in the Gym at our Chapel Campus (14240 Petersburg Rd).

PreK and Kindergarten basketball players DO NOT need to attend evaluations.

Games will begin the weekend of January 12th-13th.

Online registration will open on October 1st HERE and will run through October 25th or until all roster spots are taken.

Walk-in registration at evaluations will not be accepted.
